HD保温夹套角形调节阀是一种专门为需要维持介质温度或防止介质凝固、结晶的工艺过程设计的特殊调节阀。它是在HD弯管式黑水角阀的基础上，结合了角形阀体的结构特点和外部保温夹套的功能，广泛应用于石油、化工、制药、食品等行业中处理高粘度、易结晶、易凝固或需要精确控温的流体（如烯烃、沥青、重油、熔融硫磺、聚合物、某些化学品等）。

  HD夹套角形调节阀采用弯管式扫流型结构设计，流向为侧进底出，阀芯为单座柱塞式，阀体法兰为夹套变径法兰，阀芯及阀座节流表面硬化处理（堆焊STL合金），阀座端面为球形表面，介质更易于向阀后流动，阀杆处设置刮刀及支撑套，保温夹套进出口采用法兰型式，采用大推力气缸式执行器，双组填料设计，确保密封可靠，填料压盖采用弹簧预紧进行自动高温补偿，加粗阀杆设计，增强阀杆的稳定性。

The HD insulation jacket angle regulating valve is a specialized regulating valve designed specifically for processes that require maintaining medium temperature or preventing medium solidification and crystallization. Based on the HD elbow-type black water angle valve, it combines the structural characteristics of the angle valve body with the function of an external insulation jacket. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing for handling fluids with high viscosity, susceptibility to crystallization and solidification, or requiring precise temperature control (such as olefins, asphalt, heavy oil, molten sulfur, polymers, certain chemicals, etc.).

  The HD jacketed angle regulating valve adopts a bent-tube sweeping flow structure design, with a side-in and bottom-out flow direction. The valve core is a single-seat plunger type, the valve body flange is a jacketed reducing flange, the valve core and valve seat throttling surfaces are hardened (surfacing with STL alloy), the valve seat end surface is spherical, making it easier for the medium to flow downstream. The valve rod is equipped with a scraper and a support sleeve. The inlet and outlet of the insulation jacket are flanged. A large thrust cylinder actuator is used, and a dual-packing design ensures reliable sealing. The packing gland adopts spring pre-tightening for automatic high-temperature compensation. The valve rod is thickened to enhance its stability.

1、具备精准调节和有效保温双重功能。为了有效的防止介质凝固和结晶，我们采取了保温和伴热功能的夹套结构设计，在弯管式角形阀体的外部，包裹着一个密闭的夹套层。热媒通道：夹套层形成环形空腔，两端设有热媒（蒸汽、导热油、热水或其它加热/冷却介质）的进出口。温度维持/提升： 热媒在夹套内循环流动，将热量（或冷量）通过阀体壁传递给阀内流通的工艺介质，使其维持所需的操作温度，防止因温度下降导致的凝固、结晶、粘度剧增或反应速率变化。均匀加热： 良好的夹套设计（如全夹套覆盖阀体甚至部分上阀盖）能实现相对均匀的热传递，减少介质在阀内局部冷却的风险。防止冻结/结晶堵塞： 这是其最主要的设计目的，确保阀门在低温环境下或处理易凝固介质时仍能可靠动作。

1. It possesses dual functions of precise adjustment and effective heat preservation. To effectively prevent medium solidification and crystallization, we have adopted a jacket structure design with heat preservation and tracing functions. A sealed jacket layer is wrapped around the exterior of the elbow-type angular valve body. Heat medium channel: The jacket layer forms an annular cavity, with inlet and outlet ports for heat medium (steam, heat transfer oil, hot water, or other heating/cooling medium) at both ends. Temperature maintenance/increase: The heat medium circulates inside the jacket, transferring heat (or cold) through the valve body wall to the process medium flowing inside the valve, maintaining it at the required operating temperature and preventing solidification, crystallization, viscosity increase, or reaction rate changes due to temperature drop. Uniform heating: A good jacket design (such as full jacket coverage of the valve body or even partial coverage of the upper valve cover) can achieve relatively uniform heat transfer, reducing the risk of localized cooling of the medium inside the valve. Preventing freezing/crystallization blockage: This is its primary design purpose, ensuring reliable operation of the valve in low temperature environments or when handling easily solidified media.

2. Self-cleaning, anti-scaling, and anti-clogging. The patented design of the HD embedded three-layer scraper endows the valve stem with anti-scaling and self-cleaning capabilities. The pipeline-type angular valve body facilitates the emptying of the medium within the valve cavity under the action of gravity, making it easier to clean or prevent medium retention.

3、耐高压差/抗气蚀。管道式角形结构本身和特殊阀内件设计，能适应高压差等苛刻工况，减轻气蚀和闪蒸对阀门的破坏。

3. High pressure difference resistance/cavitation resistance. The pipeline-type angular structure itself and the special valve trim design can adapt to harsh operating conditions such as high pressure differences, reducing the damage to the valve caused by cavitation and flashing.
