煤气化是现代新型煤化工中的核心装置，气化装置工艺要求的技术难点在于高温高压介质的测量和控制。包括高温高压介质的流量、压力和液位控制。控制阀在高压差、汽蚀、冲刷等严苛工况下，容易出现卡阻、泄漏和冲刷导致寿命短等问题。融合十多项专利技术应用的汉德弯管式黑水角阀，采用管道式的阀体结构，优化了流体在阀腔内运动和扩散的轨迹，且加装了碳化钨刮刀，增强了阀门的自清洁能力，从本质上有效解决了卡阻和冲刷问题，大幅提高了黑水角阀的使用寿命。

该产品于2016年荣获中国仪器仪表学会“中国好仪表”称号。

Coal gasification is the core device of modern new coal chemical industry. The technical difficulty of gasification device process requirements lies in the measurement and control of high temperature and high pressure medium.Including high temperature and high pressure medium flow, pressure and liquid level control. Under severe working conditions such as high pressure difference, cavitation and erosion, control valves are prone to jam, leakage and erosion, which lead to short service life. The hande elbow type black water angle valve, which integrates more than ten  patented  technologies,  adopts  the  pipeline  type valve  body  structure,  optimizes  the  trajectory  of fluid movement and diffusion in the valve chamber, and adds a tungsten carbide scraper, which enhances the self-cleaning ability of the valve, effectively solves the problems of jamming and scouring, and greatly improves the service life of the black water angle valve.
